Centres registering multiple learners can use the group registration form, or download the Excel template and return it by email.

This is the Group Registration form. In the old site it was built with Contact Form 7. Rebuild it here with your forms plugin, or with the Elementor Pro Form widget — the field list is below and the exact field spec is in elementor/optional-pro/forms/group-registration.json.
